PICC Plenary Hall
The Plenary Hall is the main auditorium of the Philippine International Convention Center in Pasay, seating roughly 4,000. It is a proper raked auditorium with good sightlines from almost everywhere and acoustics built for the spoken word, which makes it well suited to summits, awards nights, orchestral programmes and formal concerts. It is one of several halls within the PICC complex, so confirm the hall named on your ticket — the buildings are a considerable walk apart.
